Welcome to LawPay‘s first Featured Law Firm! Here we celebrate one of our amazing clients who make LawPay the preferred payment solution for attorneys. For September, we’re lucky to present Nayar & McIntyre, LLP of Dallas, Texas!

What type of law do you primarily practice?

Immigration.

Tell us the story of your firm. How and why did you get into immigration law?

Both partners have personal ties to immigration law. Ms. Nayar is a 1st generation immigrant, and Ms. McIntyre’s mother immigrated to the US in 1970. We share a personal passion for immigration law, as it is about keeping families together and giving someone the ability to work towards the “American Dream!”

Which Bars are you affiliated with?

Texas and New York.

What makes your firm unique?

We are a small, boutique immigration law firm that primarily handles family-based and naturalization cases, humanitarian relief, and deportation defense. Our firm is small by design, as we want to know our clients by name and not by case number. The biggest compliment we can get from our clients is a referral, although it warms our hearts when we get invitations to their weddings, baby showers, quinceañeras, etc. We truly view our clients as extended family members. And we LOVE to celebrate life!

How would you describe your personal commitment to your clients?

We are dedicated to providing competent, compassionate and affordable legal representation to immigrants and their families. We know for many immigrants, the U.S. immigration experience is daunting, overwhelming, and, unfortunately, distressing. The goal of our firm is to relieve that burden and navigate the complicated immigration maze on our clients’ behalf to protect their rights and secure their legal immigration status in the United States.

How has your firm adapted to an increasingly online world?

We started our practice in 2009 so have always been reliant on an online presence. When we signed-on with LawPay, our clients embraced the ability to make online payments. That is, by far, the #1 way our clients make their monthly payments.

In what ways has LawPay benefited your practice?

We did not accept credit cards before LawPay. Since joining LawPay, our clientele has nearly doubled!

How would you describe your experience with LawPay?

We love LawPay and those who work for LawPay (yay, Val!)! It has completely changed our practice. We have had little to no difficulty with LawPay. The addition of credit card payments has been seamless, which was a big surprise to us.

Would you recommend LawPay to your colleagues?

Yes! We ALWAYS recommend LawPay!
