This webinar concentrates on the specific duties of the lawyer in cases that involve high client emotions and high conflict, including strategies for realistic case evaluation, client communication and additional provisions which assist the lawyer in abiding by fiduciary obligations owed to the client. This seminar will also discuss the ethical obligations of ethical billing and poor billing habits which destroy client confidence. Finally, the presentation discusses the lawful use of trust accounts in the Family Law context.
