As part of the LawPay family, we appreciate the trust you have placed in us. While the situation with COVID-19 evolves and you work through your own business continuity plans, I want to personally update you on the steps we are taking to ensure we can continue to meet your needs in a secure and reliable manner.
Our #1 concern has always been the safety and well-being of our team, our partners, and our clients. Due to recent developments, we’ve closed our physical offices effective 3/16. Before this closing, however, we took extensive steps to make sure all our team members can work from home without any disruption to normal business operations or our solution’s bank-grade security.
As you continue to make your own plans, know that our commitment to you, your clients, and security will not change. While there’s lots of business and financial uncertainty right now, you don’t have to worry about your ability to accept client payments. We understand the critical role that electronic payments will play as this situation evolves, and we are committed to standing behind you.
