Let clients pay using QR codes with LawPay

The LawPay team is thrilled to announce the launch of our new QR code functionality. This feature allows you to use QR codes to easily and securely accept payments in LawPay. It’s just one more way we’re helping legal professionals like you get paid faster.

When a client scans your unique QR code with their phone’s camera, they are automatically redirected to your secure LawPay payment page. Then, they can enter their credit card or eCheck information and submit payment instantly.

Using QR codes helps simplify the payment process by giving your clients the ability to pay invoices directly from their mobile devices. Plus, when you let your clients pay using QR codes, it reduces your security risk by eliminating the need for you or your staff to handle sensitive payment information.

QR codes support a safer, more convenient client-focused payment experience in which your clients can pay invoices how they prefer. You can display your QR code at your desk or reception for quick, contactless checkout or include your QR code on printed invoices so clients can pay as soon as they receive it.

Here’s how to get started with LawPay QR codes:

Sign into LawPay and click on the Charge tab. You will see a unique QR code for each payment page. Clicking on the QR code will open a new module where you can either copy your QR code to paste into an invoice or print a sheet with your QR code.
