There comes a time when every lawyer must consider how their age and abilities may impact their continuing competence for practice. This course will discuss strategies to stay up to date with modern practice tools and cover the ethical implications that are now part of practicing law. Additionally, we will cover the process of transition out of practice and the ethical rules for procedures that can assist lawyers heading for retirement.
