Audrey Gay Ehrhardt, Esq., CBC, brings a wealth of experience in creating and managing successful law practices across the country. As a licensed attorney in Florida and a certified behavioral consultant, Audrey’s expertise helps guide firms grappling with the evolving challenges of today's legal landscape. A prominent national speaker on key topics like elder law, estate planning, business growth, team dynamics, legal marketing, and the integration of technology in legal services, Audrey is also CEO & Founder of Practice42, a law firm strategy consulting group.

Katie Lilly earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia. She became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida in 1998, beginning her career with Deloitte & Touche on a national level, followed by a local role at Law, Redd, Crona & Munroe. After transitioning from public accounting and audit, Katie held several finance director positions, where she discovered her true passion for creating and maintaining financial records for businesses. Following the birth of her three children, she decided to focus on providing exceptional bookkeeping services to a select group of clients. As her client base grew, she founded Lillyfield Accounting Solutions. After meeting and working with Audrey Ehrhardt, Esq., CBC, Katie also became one of Practice42's Bookkeeping Directors and launched the program with her.
